Electro-Polymerized Titan Yellow Modified Carbon Paste Electrode for the Analysis of Curcumin

A modest, efficient, and sensitive chemically modified electrode was fabricated for sensing curcumin (CRC) through an electrochemically polymerized titan yellow (TY) carbon paste (PTYMCPE) in phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0). Cyclic voltammetry (CV) linear sweep (LSV) differential pulse (DPV) approaches were used CRC detection. PTYMCPE interaction with suggests that the exhibits admirable electrochemical response as compared to bare (BCPE). Under optimized circumstances, a of observed concentration range 2 × 10−6 M 10 limit detection (LOD) 10.94 10−7 M. Moreover, effort explains has hopeful approach resolution biologically significant compounds. Additionally, proposed demonstrated many advantages such easy preparation, elevated sensitivity, stability, enhanced catalytic activity, can be successfully applied real sample analysis.
